Five Beautiful Quotes About Spiritual Gratitude

November is National Gratitude Month, a time when we reflect on all that we’re grateful for.

When times are tough, however, it’s often difficult to see, let alone appreciate, all that is good in our lives.

But according to an article publishing in Psychology Today, that’s exactly what we need to do—actively express gratitude. Apparently, an attitude of gratitude can lift your spirits and actually help you feel better.

“Seven Scientifically Proven Benefits of Gratitude,” by psychotherapist Amy Morin, shows us that finding something to be grateful for not only improves our psychological and mental health, it also helps us feel better physically. She cites several studies that conclude gratitude can increase self-esteem and improves our relationships; it even helps us to sleep better.

So, in honor of National Gratitude Month, I hand lettered and illustrated five spiritual gratitude quotes. I encourage you to print them out or pin them on your Pinterest boards to help remind you to practice being grateful, always….
